Current handover arrangements

Items are currently handed over in person. Lebonplan does not currently offer a delivery or pickup-point service.
After payment is confirmed, agree on a time and place with the seller through Lebonplan messages.

Meet in a busy public place and check the item’s condition, accessories and agreement with the listing.
Only confirm handover on Lebonplan once the relevant items have been received and checked. This triggers payment to the seller.
If there is a non-conformity, do not confirm. Open the order to see the available dispute action.
