Lebonplan is a marketplace where buyers and sellers can exchange goods. Unlike a single shop, it brings together many sellers offering their products.

Open Sign in, then select the account creation link and follow the steps shown.

Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. You will be guided through a reset process, generally by email.

Browse the listings, select the item you want and follow the checkout process. You will be able to choose your payment method.

You can pay with Orange Money, MTN MoMo and your available Lebonplan wallet balance, in whole or in part.

Use the official checkout. Lebonplan holds the seller’s share until you approve the item. Never share your password, Mobile Money PIN or confidential codes with the seller or support.

Yes, on some listings you can make a price offer to the seller through messaging or the negotiation feature.

Once payment is confirmed, agree on an in-person handover with the seller. Check the item before confirming on Lebonplan: confirmation triggers payment to the seller. Report any non-conformity from your order before confirming.

Create a seller account, then publish your listing with a description, price, photos and relevant details.

You will receive a notification on the platform when a buyer orders your item or makes a price offer.

From your seller account, you can edit, update or delete your listings.

On the item page, use the price offer option, enter your desired amount and send it to the seller.

The seller can accept, decline or make a counteroffer. You will be notified of their decision.

The platform may limit the number of offers per item. Read the item page or our rules for details.

Sellers are encouraged to respond promptly. Response times vary between sellers; you will be notified when they take action.
