- Sellers freely set the prices of their items.
- All displayed prices are in FCFA (CFA franc, XAF) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Buyers agree to pay the seller's displayed price, including delivery fees and taxes where applicable, unless a negotiation has been successfully concluded.
- Sellers may offer discounts or promotions on their listings.
- Buyers may negotiate the price of certain items using the negotiation feature. The outcome depends solely on the buyer and seller.

Commissions and service fees
- The platform may charge a commission on successful sales. The rate may vary by product category or other criteria, in accordance with the seller pricing schedule.
- Payment processing fees may apply and will be displayed to the buyer at checkout. These fees are generally managed by our payment providers.
- The platform reserves the right to change its commissions with advance notice to sellers.
- The platform may offer optional premium features for sellers, subject to additional fees.
- Currency conversion fees may apply if the buyer's payment currency differs from the listing currency. These fees are generally managed by the buyer's payment provider.
- The platform may occasionally offer promotional codes or discounts applicable at checkout, subject to specific conditions.

Refunds and final price
- For returns and refunds, the refunded amount generally corresponds to the item's purchase price, excluding initial delivery fees, unless the seller's policy or a decision through the dispute process provides otherwise.
- Sellers must offer competitive prices that comply with applicable regulations.
- Sellers must clearly state any additional charges in their listings (handling and other fees).
- The final amount payable by the buyer is clearly displayed before order confirmation.
- The platform reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified after a purchase, the affected buyer and seller will be informed and appropriate measures taken.

Responsibilities and price checks
- Sellers must update their prices promptly.
- Buyers must carefully check pricing details before completing their purchase.
- The platform may set minimum or maximum price thresholds for certain categories to prevent abusive practices.
